It’s of great importance to us to allow you to purchase any of our services in ways that best suit you and your business.
Flexible billing is one of the things that separate good hosting companies from mediocre ones, so we do our best to make your payment preferences acceptable on our site.
The majority of our currently active clients use credit cards or PayPal to pay for their web hosting services, but we also accept others payment forms, such as Bitcoin, Skrill, Bank Transfer (over SEPA or SWIFT), etc. Check the following list to learn more about our payment options.
Credit Cards
Major Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express are accepted directly over our Clients Portal without the need to visit the Payment Processor website. Importantly, non of your credit card information, except the last 4 digits and your name, is ever stored in our system. Credit card number is fully encrypted and securely stored at our payment processor. This will ensure the ultimate safety when using credit cards as a payment method with AltusHost.

Paypal
PayPal is world leading and one of the most secure ways to do your payments and money transactions online. When you place an order at AltusHost, you can pay either by your PayPal balance or with Credit Card option supported by PayPal.
There is no extra charge from our side for processing PayPal payments.
Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin is a form of digital currency and decentralized (no single institution owns or controls it) peer-to-peer payment network. Bitcoins aren’t printed, like regular currencies like euros and dollars — they are created and held electronically. From a user perspective, Bitcoin is like cash for Internet.
AltusHost adores Bitcoin, as it’s one of the quickest and safest payment processors for both sides (you as payee and us).
Payment over Bitcoin is done by following steps:
- 1. You make a payment over Clients Portal
- 2. BitCoin network confirms your payment (usually within 2-6 hours)
- 3. As soon payment is confirmed, it will be booked in our system
- 4. You get your services!
PaySafeCard
PaySafeCard (PSC) is a type of prepaid card, available in 37 countries and 14 currencies. It’s used by all sorts of people for making payments/transactions quickly, simply and safely. With PaySafeCard you can shop on our site, without being obligated to fill in your credit card or banking details.
Bank wire / transfer
One of the fastest ways to transfer money securely between two parties is to wire transfer money. While this method requires you to pay a fee, the funds can be moved very quickly, in most cases within a day. That way, you can make your payment in EUR currency, via SWIFT or SEPA transfer protocol.
SOFORT
SOFORT Banking is a European-wide payment method which allows shoppers to pay for their purchases or make donations without having to create an account. Customers use their personal online banking credentials to log in and transfer money from their bank account. SOFORT Banking has a TÜV certificate which guarantees the safety of using it as a payment method.
iDEAL
iDEAL is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. At least 60% of Dutch online shoppers pay for their purchases using iDEAL. It’s a trusted, secure and convenient way of paying online. Customers transfer money directly from their bank account, through the online banking product they’re familiar with. This guarantees a successful payment that can’t be reversed by the customer. The customer’s bank guarantees that the transaction is secure.
KBC/CBC
The KBC/CBC Payment Button is an online payment method for customers of the KBC and CBC, Belgium’s largest consumer banks. KBC is the Flanders’ branch while CBC services Wallonia. Both branches offer their customers a payment button with which online payments can be transferred quickly and easily. When customers pay through the KBC/CBC Payment Button they transfer the payment directly from their own, trusted online banking environment.
Bancontact
Bancontact is a Belgium payment scheme and is the Belgian market leader when it comes to electronic payments, with over 15 million Bancontact cardholders. More than 80% of Belgian webstores allow payments through Bancontact. When using bancontact to pay online, customers transfer money directly from their bank account, through the familiar Bancontact online banking product. This guarantees a successful payment that can’t be reversed by the customer. As a merchant, you receive instant confirmation of the status of the payment, which means you can continue processing the order immediately.
